1. Renaissance dinner in the knights’ hall in the Rákóczi castle. A feast including 6-8 courses based on period recipes, served in period dresses and accompanied by the music of the given period.
Price: 14,700 HUF/person

2. In the kitchen tower of the Rákóczi castle a Renaissance spectacular kitchen that was uncovered in 1996 with its open fireplace. The dishes are made in a spectacular way and served in period dresses and music. e.g. grilled pig in summer, fowl, pheasant soup cooked on open fireplace, fish dishes etc.
Price: depends on the number of guests and based on previous agreement

3. Wine-tasting connected to wine-cellar visit in the Rákóczi cellar in the historic castle district. Introduction of typical Hegyallja wines (6-8 kinds), the process of producing Tokaj aszú, etc.
Price: 2180 HUF/person

4. Guided sightseeing in Sárospatak.
Group price including admission fees: 1800 HUF/ person.

5. Boat trip to Tokaj on the romantic river Bodrog.

6. Swabian party
Place: Hercegkút (Traunsondorf) 5 kms from Sárospatak. Programme: We entertain our guests with a 50 minute-folklore programme, and serve Swabian brandy(pálinka) and cake(pogácsa). At the end of the folklore programme we serve bean goulash in the grove of the line of wine-cellars then guests can visit private wine-cellars and taste Swabian bacon. During the party our guests can enjoy the music of an artist playing the home-made musical intrument with a sound resenbling a cow’s moo(köcsögduda) as well as a band playing on the zither.

The wine-cellar of the Hotel Bodrog is situated in the historic castle district, next to the XVIII century Rákóczi wine-cellar, where our dear guests can taste 6-8 different kind of quality Tokaj wines.
The wine-tasting takes about one hour with guidance. Guests can order cheese, apple, cake(pogácsa) as spiced food to the wines.
